He posted on X on Monday:“Never thought I’d be a math problem… Welcome to the NBA.”For context, the LA Clippers have traded for John Collins of the Utah Jazz and traded Norman Powell to the Miami Heat, as per ESPN’s Shams Charania. Meanwhile, in 2024-2025, Kevin Love played in his third season with Miami. He was traded to the team during the 2022-2023 season from the Cleveland Cavaliers. This will be his third move in the NBA following 17 years of playing.Given that the Utah Jazz are concentrating on their future, this NBA player might not survive long. According to NBA source Jake Fischer, the 36-year-old is “certainly a buyout candidate in Utah.” The team’s only remaining veteran from the previous squad is Lauri Markkanen. As part of the agreement, the squad will establish a trade exception worth up to $26 million, which they can utilise to acquire additional players in the upcoming season.

On the other hand, as per the Bleacher Report, Kevin Love played in just 23 games during the 2024-25 season. He shot 35.8 percent from three-point range and 35.7 percent from the field during these games. Additionally, in April, Kevin Love also stated that he would like to play in the 2025–2026 season. He has demonstrated that he is still a challenging person to control in court. Over the last four seasons, he has shot 36.3 percent from outside the arc and pulled down 12.1 rebounds per 36 minutes on average. Now it is for the fans to see how he fits with his new team.
