Oklahoma City Thunder’s superstar Shai Gilgeous-Alexander posted a slew of pictures on his Instagram handle. He shared a glimpse of one of the most important days in his life with fans and followers. Gilgeous-Alexander entered into his 27th year with a grateful heart. Recently, he posted about it on Instagram and made his priorities clear. The Thunder’s star’s post mentioned “My post is one day late after the celebration. I lost track bc I still haven’t stopped celebrating… year 27.”Shai Gilgeous-Alexander is a self-confessed family man. The 27-year-old basketball star believes he would have been nowhere without his wife, Hailey Summers, and family. While accepting the MVP honor in May 2025, he poured his heart out while talking about his wife in the acceptance speech. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander left everyone teary-eyed while talking about his wife, Hailey Summers. He said- “The one and only Hailey Summers. Sorry I’m so dramatic. Thank you for everything you are—for me, for our son, Ares. You were the first person to show me what love really meant, what sacrifice really meant.”
He further continued, “And I can’t wait to spend the rest of this journey called life with you, so thank you for everything. I wouldn’t be the man I am, I wouldn’t be the player I am, I wouldn’t be the father I am without you, so thank you for that.”The couple was married on Feb. 14, 2024, and welcomed their son Ares in April 2024.
